Dibuka pada 27 December 2018 sebagai sebuah tempat hiking pertama di kawasan Pitas. Piniapat Hill atau nama "Piniapat" diambil daripada bahasa Kimaragang yang bermaksud "Dibahagia kepada empat". "Pini" bermaksud "Di bahagikan" Apat bermaksud "Empat".
